What's the Guardian Bike return policy?

Our return policy lasts 100 days from the delivery date of your item(s). Please email our team at info@guardianbikes.com to start the process at any point during the 100 days. 
For unopened bikes, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, arrange for a pickup, and credit the original purchasing card in full. 
For opened/used bikes, we ask you to donate the bike to a local charity or non-profit of your choosing. Once the donation is complete, please send us photo of the donation receipt, and we will credit your original purchasing card in full. If you need help finding a charity or organization, our team will happily call places in your area to ensure an easy & hassle-free experience. 
Refund Processing Time
Once the bike is received back at our facility or we receive a photo of the donation receipt, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
You will also receive a confirmation email that the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your refund within this time and have checked with your bank, please contact us at info@guardianbikes.com.
