It's an inconvenience, but occasionally, tubes may fail to hold air. Don't worry; we're here to assist you in resolving this issue swiftly and efficiently.

What should you do?

1. Visit a Nearby Bike Shop: We recommend taking your bike to a nearby shop to have a replacement tube installed. They'll have the expertise to handle it quickly and ensure everything is in working order.

2. Warranty Coverage: If your bike is still within the one-year warranty when you get the replacement tube installed, keep the receipt. Send us a photo of it, and we'll reimburse you in full for both the tube and labor costs.

3. Out of Warranty? No Problem: If you're outside the one-year warranty and need a tube, you can conveniently purchase one directly from us.

4. Need Assistance Finding a Shop?: If you're unsure where to go or don't have a local shop in mind, don't hesitate to reach out. We're more than happy to assist you by calling around for suitable options.

5. DIY Option: Feeling adventurous and up for the challenge? If you prefer, we can send you a replacement tube along with a detailed video guide on how to install it yourself. It's a great way to learn more about your bike and gain some hands-on experience.
