Installing the Handlebar bottle cage adapter:

A 5mm allen will be used to install the adapter.

Step 1: 

Place both shims on top the handlebar about 1cm from the stem so that it sits on the section of the handlebar that is not sloped.

Step 2:

Place the cage portion on the handlebar then hook the clamp under the slot and gently keep the parts squeezed together

Step 3:

Insert the bolt into the clasp and use the 5mm to tighten the bolt all the way down

You are all set!  Finished install should look like this
