Do you charge my card upfront when I place an order for an out of stock item?Updated 2 years ago

That's a great question! We charge the card upfront for pre-orders and backorders. We do this because we operate our store through Shopify, and we are not able to store credit card pre-payment information for more than 2 weeks in their system for purchases.

Please keep in mind we can always cancel the order at any time before shipping for a full refund.
