Do you charge my card upfront when I place an order for an out of stock item?Updated a month ago
We charge the card upfront for pre-orders. We do this because we operate our store through Shopify, and we are not able to store credit card pre-payment information for purchases for more than two weeks in their system.
Please keep in mind we can always cancel the order at any time before shipping for a full refund - just reach out to our support team.
