If you find that there's something missing or incorrect upon receiving your order, please follow these steps:

- We will place a new free order for the missing or correct items.
- If you received a wrong or extra item due to our error, there's no need to return it. You are welcome to keep it, donate it or if it was an incorrect item, we could also exchange it for the correct one.
For a quick resolution, please provide an image of the incorrect item or and shipping labels on the package.
