  1. Reach out to us with the details about the missing or incorrect item.
  2. We will place a new free order for the missing or correct items, which will ship out to you soon.
  3. Once the replacement order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking details.
  4. If you received a wrong or extra item due to our error, there's no need to return it. You are welcome to keep it, donate it or if it was an incorrect item, we could also exchange it for the correct one. In the case of exchanges, we will send you a shipping label for the return.
