In-stock bikes typically arrive in 2-3 days. Bikes are shipped with Fedex. If a bike is out of stock, there will be an estimated ship date range near the 'add to cart' button. Orders placed before 3pm CST will ship same day. Orders placed after 3 pm
Contiguous USA:. We ship via FedEx Ground. The average delivery time is about 1-5 business days for in-stock bikes. For Hawaii and Alaska please allow 5-6 shipping days. In the event of a free shipping sale, HI and AK will be excluded.

We are currently not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses because our bike boxes are too large to be shipped by USPS. For shipping USPS, you cannot ship packages over 108 in length & girth. Even our smallest bike exceeds that at 111 inches in length & g

Our boxes just have the Guardian badge on them, so it's a "G" with wings. There is no photo of a bike on the box, with the exception of a small bike on the top flap which is required by law.
