What is the Guardian Bikes shipping policy?

We charge a shipping fee of $29 for a bike (multiple bikes will be charged $29 for the first bike and free shipping on the additional bikes) and $5 for any accessory or spare part order without a bike for the continental U.S. We ship via FedEx Ground

How long does it take to arrive?

In-stock bikes typically arrive in 2-3 days. Bikes are shipped with Fedex. If a bike is out of stock, there will be an estimated ship date range near the 'add to cart' button. Orders placed before 3pm CST will ship same day. Orders placed after 3 pm

Where do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping bikes to all 50 states. Contiguous USA:. We ship via FedEx Ground. The average delivery time is about 1-5 business days for in-stock bikes. For Hawaii and Alaska please allow 5-6 shipping days

Do you require a signature for delivery?

No, we do not require a signature for delivery. FedEx will leave the bike on your front porch or doorstep for you if you are not home.

We are currently not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses because our bike boxes are too large to be shipped by USPS. For shipping USPS, you cannot ship packages over 108 in length & girth. Even our smallest bike exceeds that at 111 inches in length & g

Orders containing only accessories and small parts are shipped with USPS.

What is the process if my bike arrives damaged?

If your Guardian Bike arrives with any damage, please send us a photo of the issue! Our customer service team will definitely help out as quickly as possible. We'll get you taken care of!

We strive to provide rapid delivery for all our items. Most of our orders, including bikes, generally arrive within 2 days. However, the delivery window can vary based on your location. We do not, at this time, offer any expedited options.
