How do I exchange my bike?Updated 20 hours ago
You can exchange your bike within 365 days of the delivery date.
Please note, we only allow one return/exchange per bike.
If your bike seems to be too big, try removing the reflector that is under the seat! This will make the seat height 1/2" lower.
For exchanges, we ask that you donate locally to a charity.
Donating your bike is a great way to give back to the community! We've had customers donate to their church, their local Boys & Girls Club, and even their child's school.
Once the donation is complete, just send us the proof of donation (donation receipt + photo of the bike being dropped off at the charity) and we'll issue a full store credit. Please make sure the bike itself is shown in the photo and the receipt lists the items that were donated.
Please note that store credits are issued back to the purchaser's original payment method. Handwritten notes and/or donations to individuals are not accepted as proof of donation. The receipt must confirm and match the donated items shown in the photo.
