Address changes:
If you need to update the shipping address on your order before it ships, simply reach out to our customer support team with the new details and we’ll be happy to make the change for you.
Once tracking has been assigned, we’re unable to adjust the shipment.
Please note that billing information can’t be changed after an order is placed, but no worries! As long as you’ve received your order confirmation, your order is all set.
Item changes:
We cannot change any items in an order after it's been placed, so it's always best that we cancel those times & have you repurchase when you're ready.
