How do I make changes to my order?Updated 10 days ago

Address changes: To update your shipping address on your order before it ships, please reach out to our customer support team with the new address and we will make the change for you. 

If the order has been assigned tracking, we will not be able to make and changes to the shipment. 

We can't make any changes to the billing information once an order has been placed. 


Item changes: We cannot change any items in an order after it's been placed, so it's always best that we cancel those times & have you repurchase when you're ready.
