Please take some photos of the issue and email them to [email protected]. This helps our team diagnose the problem and decide on the next steps. You can also submit a warranty claim here.  Please also include your bikes order number.

What’s not covered: Normal wear and tear. Dings, scratches, dents, and scuffs. We want your kid to use and love our bike, but we don’t cover the wear and tear from use.
