What's the Guardian Bike return policy?Updated a month ago
Our return policy lasts 365 days from the delivery date of your item(s).
Please reach out to our team at [email protected] to start the process at any point during the 365-day return window. After your return is complete, you will be refunded in full.
For returning bikes, we ask you to donate the bike to a local charity or non-profit of your choosing. Once the donation is complete, please send us a photo of the donation receipt along with a photo of the bike at the organization, and we will credit your original purchasing card in full. If you need help finding a charity or organization, our team will happily contact places in your area to ensure an easy & hassle-free experience.
For gift cards, please reach out to our team to process a return for a full refund. Note that any gift cards that have been used are non-refundable. If you return a product that was purchased using a Guardian Bikes gift card, you will be refunded in store credit.
For Expedited Shipping: The products will be fully refunded but only a partial refund will occur on shipping to a total of $29 (regular ground amount). The full expedited shipping charge will NOT be refunded in full
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive a photo of the donation receipt, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will also receive a confirmation email that the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your refund within this time and have checked with your bank, please contact us at [email protected].
Please note: Free returns are only allowed on sales in the continental USA. Sales outside the continental USA will be responsible for paying the shipping costs back to our warehouse.
Hawaii and Alaska:
Returns - Hawaii and Alaska must be done with the donation option to receive a full refund of the bike and shipping. We do not cover the cost of return shipments from Hawaii or Alaska.
Size Exchanges - We are unable to do size exchanges due to shipping cost to these locations but you can do a return and reorder the correct size.
