Using Shims for Bell Installation on Balance Bikes and 14" bikes

To ensure your bell fits securely on your 12" balance bikes and 14" bikes, we include shims with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know:

When to Use Shims: If your bell feels loose when installed, you'll need to use the shims provided. These shims are placed between the handlebar and the bell clamp to achieve a snug fit.

Description of Shims: The shims consist of two small squares of foam with adhesive backing. They are packaged in a small plastic baggie along with your bell.

Missing Shims: If you find that the shims are missing from your order, please contact our Customer Experience team. We will promptly ship the shims to you so you can securely install your bell.
